So, here I am to change your perspective on turning a Glass bottle into a DIY lampshade if you have ever thought it would be too difficult. Whether it’s for a birthday party, a housewarming party, or a party for Christmas, this glass bottle lamp is always a festive decoration.

Supplies
As it is a recycling project, I decided it as well should be budget-friendly. You only need a few materials to complete the lampshade.
- Empty Glass Bottle
- White glue
- Butterfly Print out
- Fairy light
- Scissor
Step :1 Make the Glass Bottle Translucent
To make the glass bottle translucent, add white glue to it. Combine 1 part water and 1 part white glue. The glue and water mixture must be applied at least three times in order to get the best results. After you have applied some glue and water mixture, wait for it to completely dry before applying the next coat.
When the glue is completely dry the bottle looks like this
Step :2 Cut out your Desire pattern
It is very important to use a pattern or stencil for this bottle lampshade, for example, I chose some shieluloet butterfly patterns but you could use other patterns too like a fairy or a star or even a flower, use your imagination and make an inexpensive and charming DIY glass bottle lampshade. Step:3 Place the Cutout
On this bottle lamp shade, I have placed those butterfly cuts with white glue. I had a lot of fun while making a DIY Glass Bottle lampshade off of this glass bottle and honestly, there is no rule for how you have to place the cutouts.
